Pass Plus Course

This is one of the most significant discounts newer drivers can acquire. It is available generally up to 2 years after passing the standard driving test although you should check with your insurer before committing to a course.

Generally the course consists of 6 driving lessons in different scenarios such as at night or on the motorway etc. There is no test involved. You need to check that your instructor is qualified to run the Pass Plus course which will normally cost about £100-£150.

Now the good news! A discount if up to 40% is available for Pass Plus. If you need advice then call 0800 028 3571.

If you have had an accident or have points on your licence a Pass Plus discount will not be available to you.

Remember though, if the cost is £150 for the course and the discount on a £1200 premium is 35% then you will overall save £270!

Pass Plus is only available to those who have held their licence for a short period of time.
