The Mini

The Mini was first introduced by BMC in 1959 in its original classic form. This would continue to be produced until 2000 under many incarnations such as;

Austin Mini Metro
Morris Mini-Minor
Mini Cooper
Mini Clubman
Rover Mini

The mini has become an iconic car, with millions of fans worldwide, and even featuring in the film The Italian Job.

The new edition Mini, made by BMW has also become a success and is produced in Cowley, Oxford; which was formerly the Morris production factory.
