Some costs resulting from claims are not covered by a standard motor insurance policy especially if this policy is not one with Comprehensive cover.
If you have paid the additional premium for legal cover you will have professional help when you need to recover any losses that you may have including, car hire, repairs and so on from the person responsible for the accident.
We'll advise you when to report an accident if you have a valid claim and seek your permission to pursue your claim against the person responsible.
We will pursue your claim as making sure all possible steps have been taken even by legal process if necessary. A number of expenses will need to be met by the policyholder, pending the final outcome of any claim. |
